Client Services Associate

Job Summary

The Client Services Associate works with the Sonburst Client Services & Sales team to research, manage, prepare, implement, and communicate with a variety of clients.

This is a role for someone who excels in wearing many hats and enjoys working with a team to deliver world-class events that exceed the client’s expectations.

Job Duties

  • Project Management: lead cross-functional team in the execution of projects from start to finish
    • Project quotes/contracting and budget management
    • Scheduling, inventory & task management
    • Organize meeting/event logistics (staffing, vendors and venue)
    • Lead internal creative planning
  •  Sales: assist in the sales process to retain existing and secure new clients
    • Create proposals and participate in project consultation/sell-in
    • Attend and organize client entertainment events
    • Create pitch decks to prospective clients
    • Create contracts for new projects
    • Attend networking events & client entertainment events
  •  Event Execution: assist with load in/load out equipment for live events, photo/video shoots
    • Assist logistics team with shipping, packing and unloading
    • On-site communication with client event lead
  •  Office Support: assist with office management.

Individual Expectations:

  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and use new technology.
  • Flexible schedule. Applicant must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • The applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience

  • Previous work experience in Project/Event Management and sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
